First should choose the tap wire's direction

Step 1. Put the branch wire into 
                the button cap completely
Step 2. Put the connector to cross the 
                main conductor on your choise position  
Step 3. Screw the nut with spanner as tight as  
            you can
Step 4. Don't stop screwing until the nut crack.
